Manufacturer's Limited Warranty Goldwater products are manufactured to meet or exceed industry standards. We are confident that our products will provide you with the comfort, performance, and quality that you expect. In the unlikely event that any Goldwater product is defective in workmanship or materials, we will gladly refund or replace the affected merchandise, for up to 30 days from the invoice date. Please note that close-out and sale items are excluded from coverage by this warranty policy. Our goal is to make your warranty service experience simple and hassle-free. If you require warranty service on your Goldwater product, please call Goldwater customer service for a return number, prior to returning products. The customer service group can be reached toll-free at (800) 458-6359 during normal business hours. You can also submit your warranty request through our online Returns Request Center. Your service associate will be happy to arrange warranty service for your Goldwater product. Please do not ship back any merchandise until you have received authorization from a Goldwater representative. Goldwater is not responsible for lost, misplaced or refused returns that are shipped without authorization. |
