Return Policy Goldwater accepts returns of products in new and saleable condition for replacement or credit for 30 days from the invoice date. Returned products must be returned with all original packaging and components. Please note that close-out and sale items are excluded from our return policy. Our goal is to make returns simple and hassle-free. To return any Goldwater product, please call Goldwater customer service for a return number prior to shipping back any merchandise. The customer service group can be reached toll-free at (800) 458-6359 during normal business hours. You can also submit your merchandise return request online through our Returns Request Center. Please do not ship back any merchandise until you have received authorization from a Goldwater representative. Goldwater is not responsible for lost, misplaced or refused returns that are shipped without authorization. |
